    A combination of Artisanal cheeses from Europe. Prima Donna from Holland, Spanish Manchego, Brillat Savarin from France, Swiss Gruyere, Asiago Fresco from Italy & English Cheddar. This selection is sure to please all palates. Served with Carr's crackers.

   Rigatoni pasta in a fresh marinara sauce with white wine, diced vegetables & lean ground beef.

Tortellini Carbonara

  Sauteed red onion, prosciutto and peas in a cream sauce tossed with cheese tortellini.

Penne Filetto di Pomodoro

    Penne pasta served in a fresh plum tomato sauce with chunks of fresh garlic. (V)
